Abstract PURPOSE: An information service method connecting the Internet and ARS system is provided to enhance the convenience of users by applying for various events and informing the application result through an ARS system or an Internet phone using web money acquired through web surfing. CONSTITUTION: First, a user logs in a predetermined site providing various services including events. Then, information requested for predetermined goods service performed in the site are input and predetermined parameters are given. Next, winning results for applicants are generated, and the winning results and the parameters are transferred to an ARS system for informing the winning results. Then, the user accesses to the ARS system to input the parameters for confirming the winning results. Finally, the agreement between the input parameters and the winning results is confirmed and then the results are informed.
